Responsibilities
Read drawings and blueprints to calculate required materials
Prepare and lay bricks, concrete blocks, structural tiles or other masonry units
Measure, cut and trim bricks & concrete blocks to specification using hand & power tools
Spread mortar and lay the bricks into position
Build patios, garden walls and other decorative installations
Lay or install fire bricks to line industrial chimneys and smokestacks
